Freebush Cellars LLC is committed to making our website, online store, and tasting room welcoming and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe great wine — and a great experience getting it — should be accessible to absolutely everyone.

Our Standard

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the generally recognized benchmark for web accessibility. This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix, and we continue to evaluate and improve the Site as we grow.

What We’re Doing

We aim to design and maintain freebushcellars.com so that it can be navigated using a keyboard, is compatible with common screen readers, provides sufficient color contrast and readable text sizing, and includes descriptive text for meaningful images. Because our Site is built on third-party platforms — including Shopify for our online store and Tock for event and tasting reservations — some pages and checkout or booking flows are hosted or rendered by those providers. We choose vendors that support accessibility best practices and encourage them to maintain their own conformance, but we don’t have full control over every element of their embedded tools.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the Site, particularly third-party checkout, payment, and reservation widgets, may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every respect. If you encounter a barrier anywhere on the Site — including a page, form, or embedded tool — please let us know using the contact information below, and we will work to address it or offer an alternative way to complete what you’re trying to do.

Visiting Our Tasting Room

We also want our physical tasting room in Woodinville to be welcoming to guests with disabilities. We are step free and wheel chair accessible. If you have questions about accessibility at our physical location before you visit, please contact us and we’re happy to help.
