How we collect consent. If you provide your mobile number through a checkout checkbox, a Pack Club or website signup form, or by texting a keyword to join, you may receive text messages from Freebush Cellars, such as order and shipping updates, event and tasting announcements, Pack Club news, and promotional offers. We collect your consent separately for each of these methods, and checking a box or opting in through one channel does not automatically enroll you in another.
What you’re agreeing to. By opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages from Freebush Cellars at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies (approximately 3 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase, event booking, or Pack Club membership.
Opting out. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the information in Section 13. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will not receive further marketing texts from us unless you opt back in.
How we use and share text opt-in data. Your mobile number and SMS consent status are used only to send you the messages described above and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share this information only with the SMS platform provider we use to deliver messages on our behalf.
Email marketing. If you sign up for our email list or provide your email at checkout with marketing consent, you may receive promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of transactional messages (such as order confirmations, shipping notices, or reservation confirmations) tied to an order, membership, or booking you’ve made.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. We also use advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and TikTok Pixel) that allow us to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads about our products on other websites and platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law, through the cookie/privacy choices described in Section 7; disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality. You can also opt out on our customer portal.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor in accordance with applicable payment card industry standards; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
